GROUP 1
The alarm printout above proves that Fisher did not leave 1 hour and 45 minutes early as Lownsbrough and Buckly falsely claimed. Fisher stayed  almost 2 hours late on his own time to wax the hallway floors for the Xmas visitors. Then he came in on Sunday 1 hour and 37 minutes, again on his own time to buff (harden) the new  wax. Lownsbrough and Buckley are guilty of slander and defamation. Fisher gave 3 hours and 33 minutes (213 minutes total) of his own time, a far cry from Buckley claiming that Fisher stole 105 minutes and put in no compensating time! This was not the first time Fisher  worked late on his own time without charging the school district as this was his career and he cared about the school and students. He was an excellent custodian who enjoyed his job, was conscientious and proud of his work.

On Oct 15/98  Buckley gave Fisher permission to leave early. Buckley instructed Fisher to cheat the school district out of the 82 minutes he was leaving early. She told Fisher not to bother to make up the time to forget it. Fisher however worked an extra 90 minutes the next day Oct 16/98. Akehurst accused Fisher of leaving 2 hours (120 minutes) early Oct 16. Fisher worked the 7-5PM shift actually working until 6:30. The relief custodian was in 5-9PM. Fisher did not leave 120 minutes early but worked 90 minutes extra. On Oct 19/98 Fisher had to attend a meeting called by Buckley. The meeting took 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time that he was given to clean, yet Buckley did not reduce the area to clean making it necessary for Fisher to work through his supper and rest breaks to get his area cleaned. Keep in mind that the area Fisher had to clean was already 2,000 feet over SD #23's regulation size. On that day Fisher had only 6 and 1/2 hours to do 9 hours of work.

#18   left early without compensating time (Buckley statement)
Fisher told Buckley, that sometimes he set the alarm in the main school first & then the alarm in the 4 plex portable. Lownsbrough & Buckley said that was not true, they repeatedly called Fisher a liar! They were the liars. Contrary to Buckley & Lownsbrough the alarm printout shows that on Feb 3/99 Fisher set the alarm in the main school first at 10:47pm & then the 4 plex at 10:55pm. Lownsbrough had the gall to claim that she had conducted a complete & thorough investigation. What an incompetent administrator!
PROOF... FISHER DID PUT IN COMPENSATING TIME.
Above, the computer alarm printout recorded on Sept 24/98 that Fisher worked 1 hour late on his own time to remove years of dirty ugly wax buildup from cleaning equipment.
On Sept 25/98 Fisher worked long and hard, including 1 hour and 30 minutes extra trying to get the school cleanliness up to standard after a shortage of custodians during the summer cleanup, see bottom of this page. Remember the BOGUS LAYOFF page #2 that  School District  #23 set up that summer.

Buckley contradicts herself, as she did give authorization to Fisher Oct 15/98 & then instructed
him to cheat SD #23 out of the 82 minutes.
Buckley is wrong, she did authorize Fisher numerous times to leave early.
A total of 6 & 1/2 hours or 390 minutes was taken off Fisher's shifts. Yet in the Feb 25/99 dismissal letter, he was accused of leaving early without compensating time!
Akehurst accused Fisher of leaving 120 minutes early Oct16/98 when he worked 90 minutes extra on the day shift.
Here is proof that Fisher set the main school alarm first.
Fisher worked +63 & +90 minutes on Sept 24/98 & SEPT 25/98 on his own time.
Fisher worked 3 hours and 33 minutes extra on his own time
Buckley took 90 minutes off Fisher's 8 hr shift for this meeting.without reducing the area to clean
Buckley allowed Fisher only 61/2 hours to do 9 hours of work!
