These two SD #23 so called Administrators have proven themselves to be totally incompetent and hell bent on getting Custodian Fisher fired. Lownsbrough even had the gall to claim that her's was a "complete and thorough investigation". They border on being dishonest and have demonstrated a lack integrity.

While SD #23 defrauds Custodian Fisher out of time and money, these two claim that Fisher gave no compensating time and they accuse him of time theft when SD #23
stole from Fisher.

                            Buckley and Lownsbrough are unreliable & untrustworthy.
Both of their positions of responsibility around children needs to be questioned.
Thankfully Lownsbrough has since retired.
Unfortunately Buckley is now at North Glenmore Elementary (NGE).

Buckley's incompetence & malfeasance supports not making the School Principal the on-site custodial supervisor. Buckley made wild accusations of time theft without reason and failed to consider all aspects of the work load, oversize area, and the dedication that Fisher had for his job. Instead she cast aside good judgement and fairness in a blind rage to get Fisher fired at all cost. Fisher did not steal time, rather Buckley did not do her job to first have the area measured back in Sept 98 when she was aware it appeared oversize and then took no steps for three more months after Fisher took it upon himself to measure the area and she received the School District's confirmation it was oversize.
Buckley and the Head Custodian took 6 and 1/2 hours  ( A total of 390 minutes) out of Fisher's time (see bottom of this page) to clean his area without compensating him. Buckley ignored the oversize of 2,000 square feet and thus 9 hours of work Fisher had to cram into his 8 hour shift, which at times she reduced to only 6 and 1/2 hours. She failed to accept that her ineptness as on site custodial supervisor caused many of the problems and allowed them to continue. Indeed she was not Principal material.
She put the students and staff at risk. When told of problems such as the over size area, obsolete WHMIS Binder, students entering the restricted zone boiler room and scalding hot water in the 4 plex custodian room she did virtually nothing, in fact she did worse by beating up the messenger, causing Fisher greater stress.

BUCKLEY should have been thanking her lucky stars that she
had  an excellent , well trained custodian in Fisher, who had
great pride in his job and concern for the students.

Principal Buckley often shortened Custodian Fisher's shift then added more work for him to do, while Head Custodian Stutter constantly criticized Fisher's work & threatened to write up a bad report & lied about ordering supplies. These are examples of what experts refer to as psychological violence in the workplace that takes the form of bullying, intimidation & harassment
