Concealing her calculations, Buckley stated falsely that Fisher left 239 and 255 (494) minutes early and stayed late 52 and 87 (139) minutes, again without revealing any backup figures when in fact Fisher worked 749 minutes on his own time without claiming overtime and SD #23 cheated Fisher out of 4800 minutes by forcing him to work an area well over it's own regulations.

SCHOOL DISTRICT #23 MALFEASANCE
It was Buckley who ignored and added to the oversize
area which Fisher was forced to clean, revealing that
School District #23 was guilty of time theft from Fisher.
Buckley proved herself to be a misguided administrator
In a Feb 22/99 letter Buckley stated,"the amount of time taken off early is substantially greater than overtime given', implying that Fisher was guilty of time theft. Buckley actually told Administration that Fisher was being dishonest.

disproves Buckley's wild accusation of time theft.
