Remember that Lownsbrough, the signatory of the dismissal letter had not interviewed
or met Fisher prior to the firing, yet she implies in her letter that she had done both.
A prudent reader would suspect that Lownsbrough was lying.
Buckley was out to get Fisher fired since he had documented Buckley compromising student health and safety. It was reprehensible of Lownsbrough not to hear Fisher's side prior to firing him while she talked to everyone behind Fisher's back. This was nothing short of a lynching perpetrated by Buckley. Time and time again Buckley/Lownsbrough made false time theft charges when in fact it was SD #23 that had been stealing time from Fisher & cheating him out of monies.
The reason that SD #23 used for firing Fisher was like a moving target, constantly changing. At first it stressed dishonesty, then it switched to attitude and after the firing it reverted to something else as Fisher uncovered more.. SD #23's false statement on the ROE, fraudulent layoff, false accusations, misinformation, hidden evidence, bullying & malfeasance. SD #23 failed to come up with a valid reason to fire Fisher as he had truth on his side !

Contrary to Buckley & Lownsbrough's misinformation, Ken was honest & trustworthy and never left 1 hour & 45 minutes early as they claimed. Ken put in hundreds of hours without claiming overtime. Ken always cleaned the school throughly & completed his duties including dusting, table tops & toilets bowls. See Red Dots above. The above copies of duties to do lists attest to Ken's organized approach & dedication to his work.

SD #23's Director of Instruction Cathy Lownsbrough absurdly claimed that she had conducted a "complete and thorough investigation". When asked to provide copies of her investigation report, SD #23 replied that there was nothing in it's files related to any investigation !
