Buckley forced a worker into a no win situation, if he did bring things to her attention,
she did nothing, criticized him, attacked him for taking too much of her time, twisted facts or reported that he was complaining. If he did not bring things to her, she accused
him of not bringing things to her in a timely manner or of withholding them from her.
She made working with her a hellish nightmare
